Definitely DS9, but BSG is a second runner. I've seen all but the Prisoner.

Yeah, just about any interaction between Jack and Daniel in Stargate SG1 makes my list of best sci-fi quotes. Though I have to agree that Spike is pretty hilarious. And Malcolm Reynolds... and the Doctor... oh, I just love sci-fi television!
