A friend to some, a memory to others and a stranger to most. A frustrated creative with mixed passions like wires at a telephone exchange. Welcome to my outlet. I hope this blog will entertain in parts, whilst being slightly helpful and informative in others. Thank you for visiting.
This blog is about anything that I find interesting - Monsters, Robots, toys, movies, art, comics, tiki culture, retro culture, ephemera, 60's & 70's style, music and just about anything that any 14 year-old would like!
I think he knows that I am working on a series of vintage Batman stuff, so he beat me to the punch... kidding we have talked a few times and he is one cool cat. I am kidding, I am just happy that there is a talent hidden out there that you all should see and meet.
You can find so many hidden treasures and a lot of his art is available in print and shirt form... I found my favorite shirt... I am not afraid to wear pink.
I am very jealous of his work, he has a great talent and you can see it in all of his work... did I mention I was jealous. So I ask you "Have you Met... Dan from 3D-Monsters", you should stop over and say "HELLO". Tell Dan that I sent you and all that other good stuff.

A great stumble as I am out looking for some of the greatest sites out there and today I wanted you to meet Solanah of "Vixen Vintage". She recently had a post of herself in a vintage Super Girl outfit and if you know me you know I love anything Superman related. I know I am working on bring you a "Man of Steel" June up and to the new film release.
Well I do what I do and asked her if it was okay to use one of her images for me to add some art/design, she said yes... I am thrilled. She is a doll, in a fashion vixen way... So here is my take on her wonderful photo and if you would like please take a stop over and say "Hello"! I ask you "Have you Met... Vixen Vintage"?

I forever stand vigilant to protect this planet from the myriad of
forces that are always against us. Be it the octopus, zombies, aliens or
the robots my team of human agents, and our feline allies, circle the
globe in a never ending struggle for human freedom.
I learn all I can on every subject that interests me. I especially
enjoy ancient history because in the past there are valuable lessons to
be found. Also, if I ever get my time machine to work properly, it would
be good to know a bit about possible destinations and what to expect
when I get there.
I greatly appreciate beautiful design. Be it manufactured or found
naturally I am fascinated by the process of invention. I am attracted to
the unique, the strange, the haunted. I like to share what I find on
this blog.
And not let us forget the 'Cephalopod Menace' who, if allowed to,
would wrap their tentacles around all that is good and pure in this life
and crush it until it remained no more. They are creatures of pure
spite. Hate is all they know. Death is all they do. They are our most
ruthless and determined enemy.
So we fight. Selena has the celebrity contacts, the cat is ruthless
and without pity, Roosevelt's ghost has the experience and I do the
wetwork.
Fighting for the future of the planet doesn't have to be a chore,
however. We can take the time to appreciate all that is cool in this
world even as we cut the octopus into bite sized chunks.
This is the reason there has always been and must forever be, a Cave of Cool. Be sure to wipe your feet before you enter.
So hopefully this is one of many friends I will be highlighting that will bring you closer to the "AWESOME" site they have and their great contributions... I would like to go over and say a little "Hello", tell him that Jeremy sent you... be warned the site is addictive!!!
So I give you the very first "Hello, Have You Met...?"
