iZombie... One Year Old...

Yes, I was watching the Oscars...

This is what I thought of when I always make this statement
every year, this year I made silly art...

First F-Bomb in Oscars History...

Welcome to your last Academy Awards "Melissa Leo", trying to resurrect the ghost of Elvis... Singing treat me like a fool, treat me mean and cruel... but love me. We do love you for about a second, I think she has dug her future Oscar wins grave, sure she will get parts in films. She will get snubbed, and why do I care, I don't know it is the one thing that bugs me. Unnecessary swearing and nudity, well at least I was. :)

Wait, did someone say Friday?

Well tickle my clown, it is Friday...

Another week in the can, just like the latest victims.. Maybe you should all have a great weekend, and enjoy whatever makes you happy... Oscars Perhaps?
Jeremy [iZombie]

Happy Birthday "Newt"... Mostly...

Not Really, I just thought if  "Rebecca 'Newt' Jorden" were real she should have a birthday now this is based on she lived in "Aliens III".  She would have been in her "character 70's", so lets wish her a solid "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and many more... Real reason is the actress "Carrie Henn" was born in 1976 and I was just thinking those actors you remember from such great films and how old they are today.

Another example "Wan 'Short Round' Li" [Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom] "Jonathan Ke Quan" was born in 1971. So he is 40 years old in August, okay now who is feeling old today and no it's not my birthday. So these actors have moved on to do better things in their personal careers or life I am sure, but will be forever remembered as these pivotal characters in films we love.

Alien vs. Predators V: In The Coroner's Pocket

Just another follow up sequel to a movie that relies on who sinks the eight ball us the human race. Now I would see this. I guess it's the way that you use it...

Why is it...

I would love to design art for films, but why is it that the covers are sometimes more frightening than the film. Now do not get me wrong this is not true in all cases, but most are stinkers.

I Just Saw... Creepy!

I Just Have To Say It...

I have been in and out of a coma for the last month in a half, stressing out on the computer to the whole unemployment thing being a big mess.  So I wanted to thank everyone for their wonderful comments and thoughts either here or by my email.... I LOVE COMMENTS, it makes me feel like you all still come here and enjoy something. I am also here to apologies for the lack of responses to the comments that were made by you all, I am getting better and hope to be out of the funk soon.

Cell Phone vs Brain Activity ...

Can you hear me now...

Just Sayin' - There are never enough bullets...

No matter how many you bring the ratio is always going to be more in the Zombies favor, just remember to always save one bullet in your pocket.  cause at some point you are going to have to squeeze one into your noggin' and hear the soft sound of silence.

Yeah, Name the Computer...

I know I would have to sparkle at some point, so it is your time to shine and pick from one of these names [on the poll to the right] and remember there are big prizes... big... big prizes. Oh I am in this photo above, I am the one with the really bad hair... and good we can be photographed being vampires and all.

Look It's My Hands That Are Bloody!

I don't know, it had something to do with a cat in this guy's house... it might be infected?

Happy Monday!

So this lady came to my door over the weekend and asked if I would let her into my home so she could use the phone, she said she lost her cat. She had a long coat on and buttoned all the way to the top of her neck, I thought I was a good person letting her into my house. Soon after the fun began, she had the cat underneath the coat and it was now in my house....

Happy Friday!

Hopefully next week will be a better one, my brain exploded this week Wednesday and did that sting.  I hope everyone has a great couple of days to themselves, or shared with a loved one.  Me go now, brain is starting to sizzle, can you hear it?

Ugs and Misses,

Norman's Momma Moves Out...

She died I mean did, she moved to your neighborhood, don't worry
she just likes to look out the window...

Just Sayin' - I Do Not Get Paid Enough...

Betty's thoughts on her latest babysitting job...

Could Have Been An Actor... But I Wound Up Here!

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid...
Just having a early spring and the feeling that winter is coming to an end, so I am needing to clean the house I live in. So I just got to feel like something is getting done, my back up dvd's are taking twice as long to reload.  Why is it that it's a back up, but the dvd fails even though you check them.

Name My Computer Contest! [Update!]

So I have had a few thoughts on what to be the new nightmare computer, I thought I would post them so far... So my idea is to pick one from everyone in a few days and let you decide, now there is still time to come up with something... remember there are great prizes at the end of the iZombie (D)rainbow. Who knows you might be the winner, only the shadow knows...

Ah, It's Over....

Hopefully you all got what you needed from the valentine's day massacre, some got candy... some got flowers... some got engaged... some got a little something, something... How can you love someone more on one day than you do the whole year, because someone told you to. It is not really fair to either side of the relationship, it's like saying "jump lemmings, jump".
Those of you who do not take part in this stab into your heart or your pockets, I commend you for taking a stand. Now we can back on with our lives and love the way we should love, on birthdays and anniversaries...

I Give You This... Digital Card To...

... The Ladies
This is for all my "Lady" bloggers and friends... sorry gentleman I have nothing for you, but you are more than welcome to pass this along to the "Lady" bloggers if you would like...

Name My Computer Contest!

Okay, I know enough about my computer...

I like to name my stuff, it makes it easier to talk to friends when they know I am talking about it. Since my family and some of my friends don't know what I actually do.  So the last computer was called "Jupiter II" it was a mess on the inside, but got me where I need to go.

Name it that is it, I will put up the best choices you guys come up with including mine "Little Beastie" and the winner get's gratitude, one z-dazzle iZombie, one retro-art and I will make a week devoted to your web/blog, book, art store, music.... heck I will even post your Ebay listing... for a week.

This House Is Haunted

Chris Wood (Author) - Sherlock Holmes and the Flying Zombie Death Monkeys

Chris Wood (Author) "Sherlock Holmes and the Flying Zombie Death Monkeys" which was released at the end of year 2010, also getting it's release in the UK now. His first book in the series in 2009 titled "Sherlock Holmes and the Underpants Of Death", both tell the romping adventures of Sherlock Holmes in way you have ever written about the sleuth and his life mate Watson. A journey of jesting, jolting and oddities into four stories... Oh Yeah, Flying Monkey Zombies in London. Some say "a writing parody" on this talented writer I say bring more to the table and "Rock that Sherlock". Okay I had a chance to give him the Q & A treatment, in my usual fashion. So please read on and get to know author Chris Wood. Thanks Chris for being part of your world and the insight to Holmes...

Sharon Day - Abandoned Places: Abandoned Memories

I had the extreme pleasure of talking with Sharon Day [Author] and Julie Ferguson [Photographer] about her book "Abandoned Places: Abandoned Memories (Desert Edition)" available at fine internet outlets. Please read the interview...

Midnite Media: Spatter Analysis #4: January 2011

Okay, just wanted to give a quick mention to my good friend Jonny Metro @ "" who has released his forth installment of "Spatter Analysis" an online horror magazine.
Here you are the writers and you get your horror message heard, it is great way to find out more about your fellow blog/websites. Oh yeah it does not hurt that I created the covers... the great collaboration with Jonny, so click on over and read this. Then click and read the previous issues, and tell them that "iZombie" sent you.

You Konw What They Say About A Girl With Glasses?

HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYONE... See you all next week, more crazy stuff coming.

I Am Dirty...

I am not sure what I was thinking... but there it is. Love is in the air, on the ground, against the wall... well you get it. I told you things were going to get weird, here is weird.

Tom Gets His Way... As Every Cartoon Should...

So Jerry, how you doin' buddy?

Just Sayin' - I Went to the Dentist Too...

It's John Bigboote...
Damn John Whorfin and the horse he rode in on.
It's not my goddamn planet. Understand, monkey boy?

Just Sayin' - I Hate the Dentist Too...

I Got My Ball Back...

Disney's "Bolt"
So I have been working at this new computer for a week now and I am finally back enough that my art and things are getting where they need to be. As I began loading all my stuff I have come to realize all of the press kits and random photos I have acquired over the last two years.  I am going to start at the beginning and use them for something, so who knows what I will find or what you will see. I will attempt to make them scary in a way they were not meant to be seen... So welcome to the new journey that is "iZombie [Lover]" and thanks for stopping by for the few post I have had in the last couple of weeks.  I have been part of some really cool blog-fest and gotten some great comments and new followers.  Thank you all who are out there, now that I got my ball back... I am one happy hamster!

I Want Some Candy [Bonus]

Always loved this song, great vocal match up. Period!

Rock Lobster Thursday!

So I am almost back on track, long hours and me wanting to sing this song... So here it is something you should know and love, if you don't well "school is open".  Sit down in your seats and open your ears, the next sound you will hear is "The B-52's". Recognize!

Ding, Ding Goes The Bell...

I'm laughing at the "superior intellect - Kirk to Khan!
[Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan]
I don't know if that is helping my situation, it is the first thing I thought of when I think about my computer. I have all the parts and pieces, I am about to do something that either will take 10 hours to fix or 2 weeks to repair. I am all about the software, not much in the way of the hardware. In my life it is always a gamble, so life here are the dice... let's roll.

Time Is Close...

Just another update, ran into snag with the computer again... wrong parts and finding out the wrong computer, but now I have loaded all my programs. Do you hear that snap or ringing, that is me bashing the clock into my head over and over again. It was not the computer company's fault, I did not do my homework as I would normally do.

Who's a good time bomb... tick, tick, tick... yes you are a good time bomb...

New Follower Banners...

I want to welcome my newest followers, sometimes I cannot because they are just stopping by and do not leave a blog/web site they came from.  Now you can leave the "follow the white rabbit" banner in the top, right or left of you blog/web site. Make a link to a post or a page greeting new followers, have them leave a comment there and you can keep a good wholesome connection.

I made these couple of banners for you to use or you can make your own, and why always rabbits you may be asking yourself... I loves rabbits.

So get those followers to keep following!
Jeremy [iZombie]

Bad, Very Bad...

I am a silly goon, I got the wrong part and to no fault to anyone else... I must be slapped.  Computer issues continue and I still have minimal access to my art files and I have to come up with a breathable solution.

Good Tuesday, Or Rock Lobster Tuesday!

Anyone Know R.A.I.D.?

Here is my problem, I got a Hard Drive External Tower [RAID]... it says I can make it a tower for hard drives only, where I can recognize the four [4] separate drives.  Instead of the one, which it does not do.. second problem is how do you format a drive first in the tower if I cannot read it?

I had loaded my other drives in a master/slave/master to the main drive, and got an all clear with no errors... I started to think it was going to overwrite my previous drives and those drives have my data/photos/music on them.

Do this make any sense, I am calling the tech this morning... I just didn't want to sound completely stupid. So I am only flying with one wing right now and access to my art is still in the baggage claim on the ground somewhere from where I am to Timbuktu.

Jeremy [iZombie]

Gar... all about the 'ing

I found this in a vintage book, and the English is just wrong, I wonder how long he stayed in business before someone said "hey goof"... Now of course it might just be me, I just like how the art turned out... sort of hippy poster like.

Thank you all, Success... My Plans out the Window!

I have some catching up to do, I was at my mother's house being a great son on Sunday morning and before I knew I was hit with a snow blizzard that dropped another 3 to 4 inches to the ground. I got to stay there at my mother's house and was not moving until much later in the day, like 7pm.  She has no working computer and offered to feed me a good home cooked meal.

So sorry, I plan on visiting all of everyone's site and want to thank all who participated and stopped by and read my top ten list science fiction/ horror quotes. Especially wanted to thank Ellie for all her hard work and help on making this come to light, she is one of the best.

Thank you all!

My 10 Horror/Science Fiction Movie Quotes

Okay this was tough as I walked around my movies thinking of my favorites, if I did that we would be here for days.  So what I did was the first "10" I could think of must be my best, considering those were the first my brain had chosen. I wanted to thank Ellie @ "" for helping make this all possible, she is a very cool person whom I only met maybe six months ago.
One with my show, thanks everyone!

Conan the Barbarian
Conan's Father: Fire and wind come from the sky, from the gods of the sky. But Crom is your god, Crom and he lives in the earth. Once, giants lived in the Earth, Conan. And in the darkness of chaos, they fooled Crom, and they took from him the enigma of steel. Crom was angered. And the Earth shook. Fire and wind struck down these giants, and they threw their bodies into the waters, but in their rage, the gods forgot the secret of steel and left it on the battlefield. We who found it are just men. Not gods. Not giants. Just men. The secret of steel has always carried with it a mystery. You must learn its riddle, Conan. You must learn its discipline. For no one - no one in this world can you trust. Not men, not women, not beasts. [Points to sword] Conan's Father: This you can trust.

Betelgeuse: Ah. Well... I attended Juilliard... I'm a graduate of the Harvard business school. I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and had a pretty good time during that. I've seen the EXORCIST ABOUT A HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT... NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOU'RE TALKING TO A DEAD GUY... NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK? You think I'm qualified?

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension
Buckaroo Banzai: Hey, hey, hey, hey-now. Don't be mean; we don't have to be mean, cuz, remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
[Aragorn is crowned King] Aragorn: This day does not belong to one man but to all. Let us together rebuild this world that we may share in the days of peace.

Dr. Philip K. Decker: [smirking] Quite a dance huh? Death everywhere and you and me in the middle!

Poltergeist - Carol Anne: They're here.

Army of Darkness
[Upon getting the powered glove in place of his right hand] Ash: Groovy.

Highlander - [Saying his farewell to Rachel] Connor MacLeod: Hey, it's a kind of magic!

Pet Sematary - Gage: No Fair! No Fair, No Fair!

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Kirk: Spock!
Spock: The ship... out of danger?
Kirk: Yes.
Spock: Don't grieve, Admiral. It is logical. The needs of the many outweigh...
Kirk: ...the needs of the few...
Spock: ...Or the one. I never took the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?
Spock: I have been and always shall be your friend.
[Holds up his hand in the Vulcan salute]
Spock: Live long and prosper.

The Devil's Advocate
Kevin Lomax: "Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven", is that it?
John Milton: Why not? I'm here on the ground with my nose in it since the whole thing began. I've nurtured every sensation man's been inspired to have. I cared about what he wanted and I never judged him. Why? Because I never rejected him. In spite of all his imperfections, I'm a fan of man! I'm a humanist. Maybe the last humanist.
