  1. I loved the Monkees growing up - granted I caught it on reruns on Nickelodeon. I remember watching the old sci-fi shows with my brothers: Doctor Who, Knight Rider, Battlestar Galactica. But I love the old comedies too especially I Dream of Jeannie and I Love Lucy!

Great list there are a number on there that I now need to add to my netflix queue!

  2. Some of those take me back to my childhood. Who's Line Is It Anyway - both the British and American versions were great.

  4. The Wild, Wild, West is, to this day, one of my favorite t.v. shows. You mention quite a few gems from the past....back in a time when television was innovative and fresh. It's a shame how downhill broadcasting has gone, these day....

  8. I know every Brady Bunch episode by heart, I can tell you between which episodes they change the squares to the older kids...such useless knowledge. Would be much better if I remembered my shopping list when going to the store...
TAKE ANY TIKI! (name the episode)

  9. If the Superman listing is for what I think it is, it should read Adventures of Superman.

  11. Wow, that's a long list! I wasn't a fan of most of those though. I preferred the old sci-fi shows. :)

  18. Makes me wonder how many actual hours of my life I have spent behind a TV screen.

Maybe I'm better off not knowing the answer to that!

    Long live the boob tube!
