GO SLOW... I Mean Joe!
Old news I am sure, but they decided to move back this film to next year... now I say just pull the band-aid off, it will hurt less now then later. So Adrianne Palicki who couldn't pull off being "Wonder Woman" is going to pull off "Lady Jaye"... Willis is going to play "Joe Colton" the real American Hero... Dwayne Johnson is "Roadblock" and is most likely going to steal the movie away from Tatum "Duke"... I have one thing to say about this, this is going to be total junk kicker. I watched... tried to watch the first film a few times and just got sleepy, not that it wasn't good... just not great. I can pump my chest for two-hours too, I just don't make a few million dollars doing it. After this debacle I am starting to feel like Fantastic Four II: Rise of the Silver Surfer... which with that title could have been turned into the first Marvel Porn Movie!... Or at very least a movie for Swingers, just look at these stills from the movie... look closely... Awwe Yeah, you see it.

ReplyDeleteJeremy, the first one was great to look at, but really bad. GI Joe II actually looks much better although the test screenings got it pushed to next year. So, you're probably right. Never thought about the title. LOL

ReplyDeletethis post made me laugh out loud...which is NEVER a bad thing. you and i have parallel-thinking, as it turns out, b/c i found "rise of the silver surfer" tantalizing my naughty parts...but in a very subliminal kind of way.
ReplyDeleteI had big hopes for the first Joe, but now I don't remember the movie. Guess I wasn't overly excited about it. Not even thinking about the next one yet. Actually there are any movies I'm really psyched about.

I'm not into movies like G.I. Joe so I have no desire to see it. I did however like Fantastic Four. Ooohh, Chris Evans! ;)

ReplyDeleteI'll be interested to see if the Fab 4 ever get to mix w/ the Avengers. Johnny Flame-On and Ye Olde Capt. America could star as twins!
