As much as the comic nerd in me would love to choose Green Lantern, Gizmo had a special place in my childhood. Besides, sometimes when mogwais become gremlins, part of their eyes turn yellow!

I have Google problems
The hardest one so far!! While, like J.W., Gizmo is a huge character from my childhood, I have to pick Green Lantern on this one. He's my hubby's fave comic book character of all time, and when the movie came out, I swear he reverted back to being a 5 yr old, he was so excited.

ReplyDeleteThis is very tough, because I know who both of them are AND I feel the same about them both, I mean Gizmo is pretty cute and fluffy with those big eyes but gives me the creeps and Ryan is pretty cute and lovely but..ok, I havent seen green lantern but thats because the trailer looked total pants and put me off..I will vote for Ryan because I think he is pretty good in Just Friends and makes a great god in the nines.

my vote is for gizmo, tho i wouldnt mind seeing ryan reynolds cast as a gremlin. why not? if vampires now merely sparkle when exposed to sunlight, why not ryan reynolds as a gremlin...spike,perhaps?

I am fairly undecided, but I am going to go for Green Lantern because one of my kids is a dedicated comic book fan -- he even writes a popular blog on them! He is 34. He is married, has 3 kids , and is an excellent attorney. He is my oldest kid. It isn't just a hobby...it is his passion, after his family. So I go for Green Lantern, due to the love I have for all of my 5 sons. Nice to meet you--I have been looking forward to it.
