A day we will never forget...
ReplyDeleteAs Alex says: a day that those with hearts will never forget. The ghost of Mark Twain speaks of the long shelf life of personal tragedy on my post today. Thanks for remembering.
ReplyDeleteI've lived all over the place these last 14 years, but currently live 20 mins from the Pentagon.
ReplyDeleteWhen I woke up this morning to find clear, *blue* skies, (instead of the expected overcast day,) it made today even more poignant...

It's a date I will never forget, your awful tradgedy and loss of lives happened on the third anniversary of my husbands' passing. Whilst in New York a few years ago I visited Ground Zero,it was a very humbling experience and one I will never forget.
