Embalming... and Everything after that!

Terms for embalmers: The roles of a Funeral Director and an embalmer are different. A funeral director is a person who arranges for the final disposition of the deceased and who may or may not prepare (including embalming) the deceased for viewing (or other legal requirements). An embalmer is someone who has been trained in the art and science of embalming and may not have any contact with the family, although many people fill both roles. The term mortician is becoming out-dated, but may refer either to a funeral director or to an embalmer, or both. Embalming training commonly involves formal study in anatomy, thanatology, chemistry, and specific embalming theory (to widely varying levels depending on the region of the world one lives in) combined with practical instruction in a mortuary with a resultant formal qualification granted after the passing of a final practical examination and acceptance into a recognized society of professional embalmers.

I have/had a sick sense of humor in my life and it makes this design fit deeply into my dark side, maybe you agree. If you think about it too much, you might want one... feeling the need to CLICK HERE!

THANK YOU for letting me share my works and designs this week, hopefully you were encouraged to step outside your safe circle... your perfect circle!

Just Pillow-Talk, Baby!

Army of Darkness (also known as Evil Dead 3: Army of Darkness and stylized onscreen as Bruce Campbell vs. Army of Darkness) is a 1992 American comedy-dark fantasy film directed by Sam Raimi. It is the third installment of The Evil Dead franchise. The film was written by Sam Raimi and his brother Ivan, produced by Robert Tapert, and stars Bruce Campbell (also acting as co-producer) and Embeth Davidtz. Continuing from Evil Dead II, Ash Williams (Campbell) is trapped in the Middle Ages and battles the undead in his quest to return to the present.

The film was produced as part of a production deal with Universal Studios after the financial success of Darkman. Filming took place in California in 1991. Army of Darkness premiered on October 9, 1992 at the Sitges Film Festival, and was released in the United States on February 19, 1993. It grossed $11.503 million domestically and another $10 million outside the USA for a total worldwide gross of $21.5 million. Critical response was positive. Since its video release it has acquired a massive cult following, along with the other two films in the trilogy. The film was dedicated to Irvin Shapiro, who died during the film's production in 1989.

On March 9, 2013, shortly before the release of Evil Dead, a reboot and loose continuation of the franchise, Raimi confirmed that the fourth Evil Dead film will be Army of Darkness 2. Campbell confirmed that he would star as an older, but not necessarily wiser, Ash. In addition, it will be followed by a crossover with the Evil Dead reboot and its upcoming sequel.

Who is not a fan of this franchise if it for the first creepy film to the reboot, there is some scary crap happening and if you have seen, you know what I mean. I have made several designs for this film franchise, none of which make one film stand above... wait I lied, I tribute more to "Army of Darkness". Go to my store tell me how many shirts are, my sort of tribute... CLICK HERE!

MOTEL HELL...O HAS A GIFT SHOP and something always COOKING!

Motel Hell is a 1980 horror comedy film directed by Kevin Connor and starring Rory Calhoun as farmer, butcher, and meat entrepreneur Vincent Smith. It is often seen as a satire of modern horror films such as Psycho and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

Because of its low budget nature, the original intent was to make a serious horror film, with moments of disturbing wit and irony.

Farmer Vincent Smith and his younger sister Ida live on a farm with a motel attached. It's called “Motel Hello,” but the neon ‘O’ flickers. Vincent smokes meats which are said to be the most delicious in the area. The secret is human flesh, and Vincent has the areas around his motel strewn with various booby traps to catch victims. The victims are restrained, then placed in a 'secret garden,’ buried up to their necks, and have their vocal cords cut to prevent them from screaming. They are kept in the ground and fed until they are ready for harvest. Ida helps Vincent, who feels he does no wrong and sees the victims as animals.

Vincent shoots out the tires of a couple on a motorcycle. The male, Bo, is placed in the garden, but Vincent brings the female, Terry, to the motel. The next morning, Vincent and Ida's naive brother, Sheriff Bruce, arrives. Vincent tells Terry her boyfriend died in the accident and was buried: a trip to the graveyard shows his crude grave marker. Terry, having nowhere else to go, decides to stay at the motel. Vincent and Ida subsequently capture more victims for the garden while Vincent uses his folksy charm to woo Terry, much to Bruce's dislike, who tries to woo her himself without much success.

Vincent captures more victims by placing a pack of cardboard cow roadblocks to entice victims, and luring in a pair of swingers who have read a fake ad and believe the hotel to be a swing joint. The next day, he suggests he teach Terry to smoke meat. Ida becomes jealous and attempts to drown Terry, but Vincent arrives to save her. This is catalyst for Terry, who tries to seduce Vincent. He agrees to marry her the next day.

Bruce drives down to the motel to protest Terry's choice. He tells Terry Vincent has 'syphilis of the brain,’ perhaps providing a reason for his behavior, before Vincent appears and chases his brother with a shotgun. To prepare for the wedding, Vincent, Terry, and Ida drink champagne, but Ida drugs it so Terry passes out. Ida and Vincent then prepare some victims for the wedding. Meanwhile, Bruce does detective work and becomes suspicious of his brother.

Well just because I loved this or hated this as a child when I had seen it, now that memory was waiting to sneak out. I kept the sign in my mind and thought what the hell, let's do it up right and so I did. Did you see this film, do you know what I am talking about... are you fan then can I suggest you CLICK HERE!

Go To Hell and find yourself trapped between Light and Pinhead!

In Morocco, Frank Cotton buys a puzzle box from a dealer. In a bare room, Frank solves the puzzle box. Hooked chains emerge from it and tear into his flesh. Later the room is filled with swinging chains spattered with the remnants of Frank's body. A black-robed figure picks up the puzzle box and returns it to its original state, restoring the room to normal.

Frank's brother, Larry, has decided to move into his childhood home in an attempt to rebuild his strained relationship with his second wife, Julia, who had an affair with Frank before marrying Larry. The abandoned home shows traces of Frank's recent presence, but Larry assumes Frank has fled the authorities. Larry's teenage daughter, Kirsty, has chosen not to live with her stepmother and moves into her own home.

Larry cuts his hand on a nail, and drips blood on the attic floor, which conceals the remnants of Frank's body. The blood partially restores Frank to life and consciousness. That night, Julia finds Frank in the attic. Still obsessed with him, she agrees to harvest blood for him so that he can be fully restored and they can run away together. Julia begins picking up men in bars and bringing them back to the house, where she murders them. Frank consumes their blood, regenerating his body. Frank explains to Julia that he had exhausted all sensory experiences and sought out the puzzle box on the promise that it would open a portal to a realm of new carnal pleasures. When solved, the box opened up a portal to the realm of the "Cenobites", who subjected him to the extremes of sadomasochism.

What is your pleasure, many think this series of film are very disturbing and I agree... I have taken this and put a little weird cheer. Okay it's still disturbing, but I had an idea and thought balloons and if you look you will find a few fun villains with the need for helium. All I can say again is "What is your pleasure"?... He Say... You BLADE RUNNER and it's Time to DIE!

In Los Angeles, November 2019, retired police officer Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) is detained by officer Gaff (Edward James Olmos) and brought to meet with his former supervisor, Bryant (M. Emmet Walsh). Deckard, whose job as a "Blade Runner" was to track down bioengineered beings known as replicants and "retire" (euphemism for the termination of replicants) them, is told by Bryant that several have come to Earth illegally; as Tyrell Corporation Nexus-6 models, they have only a four-year lifespan and may have come to Earth to try to extend their lives.

Deckard watches a video of a Blade Runner named Holden (Morgan Paull) administering a "Voight-Kampff" test designed to distinguish replicants from humans based on their empathic response to questions. The subject of the test, Leon (Brion James), shoots Holden after Holden asks about Leon's mother. Bryant wants Deckard to retire Leon and three other replicants—Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer), Zhora (Joanna Cassidy) and Pris (Daryl Hannah). Deckard refuses, but after Bryant ambiguously threatens him, Deckard reluctantly agrees.

Deckard is sent to the Tyrell Corporation to ensure that the test works on Nexus-6 models. There he discovers that Tyrell's (Joe Turkel) assistant Rachael (Sean Young) is an experimental replicant who believes herself to be human. Rachael's consciousness has been enhanced with false memories to provide an "emotional cushion" and, as a result, a more extensive test is required to determine whether she is a replicant.

I am going to be pushing my shirts and share the hidden reason or meaning behind each shirt, as many of you know I am a fan of this film. I wanted to design something that best suited the film by sharing the design above and if you know the film you know... you have only got 4 years to live. I am sorry if you have heard this story before, but what can I say... CLICK HERE.

WHAT IF YOU COULD CHOOSE YOUR DEATH?

Death is the cessation of all biological functions that sustain a living organism. Phenomena which commonly bring about death include biological aging (senescence), predation, malnutrition, disease, suicide, murder and accidents or trauma resulting in terminal injury. Bodies of living organisms begin to decompose shortly after death. There is no scientific evidence that suggests consciousness survives the death of an organism.

Gloomy Post? Maybe... but it's your chance to pick how you might want to die? I think for me in my sleep, when I am well into my late 80's. That is boring, I want to know your fear if a monster said "Hey, how do you want to die"? This part of the "Countdown to Halloween", trying to share things that might be more creepy... cause it's a real thing!!

TWERK THIS, ROBOT JERK!

Twerking (/ˈtwɜrkɪŋ/) is a type of dancing in which the dancer, usually a woman, shakes her hips in an up-and-down bouncing motion, causing the dancer's buttocks to shake, "wobble" and "jiggle". According to the Oxford Dictionary Online, to twerk is "to dance to popular music in a sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low, squatting stance".

So many famous robots out there, what is your favorite one... if you could have one covering your back in a fight please share your worst and best choice?
